This document regulates the terms and conditions of use of this website and the agreement that is made between us Felmini and You.

These Terms establish the rights and obligations of all users and Felmini regarding the goods/services made available on this website or any other website to which there is a hyperlink/link (Felmini Services).
Before pressing the "CONFIRM ORDER" button at the end of the order process, you should read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you should abstain from placing any order.

J MOREIRA SA operating under the brand Felmini is a Portuguese company, registered in the Commercial Register of Felgueiras under No. 500 374 988 with registered office at Rua António José Fonseca Moreira, 525, 4610-311 Friande, Felgueiras - Portugal. Our VAT number is PT nº 500 374 988.

1 - The following Terms and Conditions regulate the sale, including registration, of all products from Felmini, through the website www.felminishop.com;

1.1 - The website www.felminishop.com is managed by the company J MOREIRA SA legal entity no. 500 374 988, headquartered at Rua Antonio José Fonseca Moreira, 525, 4610-311 Friande, Felgueiras - Portugal;

1.2 - For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions it is understood as follows:

  • "Felmini" - refers to the products sold on the website www.felminishop.com;
  • User - Any individual person, not a trader, who places an order through the website www.felminishop.com;

1.3 - The use of the www.felminishop.com website and the purchase of products Felmini assumes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User;

1.4 - Felmini reserves the right not to process orders received by profiles other than "Users", or those that are not in accordance with these general conditions of sale;

2.1 - The acceptance of all orders is subject to availability of stock;

2.2 - Felmini reserves the right to not accept or cancel orders previously confirmed, in case of non-availability of products in stock. In this situation, Felmini will contact the User and proceed to refund the full amount.

3.1 - To place an order, the user can previously register by filling out the form on the website www.felminishop.com;

3.2 - It is also possible to make an order without registering.

3.3 - After completing the registration, the User has access to his personal account, where can manage account settings, Wishlist and order history.

3.4 - From the moment of accessing his personal account, the User is subject to the present Terms and Conditions.

4.1 - To order on www.felminishop.com is necessary that the User has an e-mail account and that their browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, allowing for all functionalities of the website to work properly:

4.2 - The User can proceed to purchase products online, being necessary to

  • a) Find the product(s) they want to buy;
  • b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
  • c) Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated in Felmini's database under the terms provided in the Privacy Policy, which includes the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", the "Payment Method", telephone number and tax identification number (NIF);
  • d) Review order and confirm the order;
  • f) Finish the order by selecting the payment method.

4.3 - The payment methods available are: Credit Card, Paypall and Bank Transfer;

4.4- The User will receive an order confirmation by email with the details of the payment method selected. After payment validation, user will receive an order confirmation.

4.5 - Felmini will provide all the details of the purchase through the website www.felminishop.com, in the respective customer area.

4.6 - Order will be delivered by the logistics operator at the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.

4.7 - By sending the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described on www.felminishop.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.

4.8- Felmini reserves the right to not accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:

  • a) Lack of stock;
  • b) The payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.felminishop.com;
  • c) Payment is not confirmed;
  • d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
  • e) The transfer for payment of the order has not been received by us within 5 (five) days after acceptance of your order;
  • f) There is an error in the price stated on the website;
  • g) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.

4.9 - In the event of any of the above mentioned conditions, Felmini will notify User by email of the situation and will proceed with full refund of the total amount paid.

5.1 - All prices are quoted in euros (€).

5.2 - The prices of the products displayed on the www.felminishop.com website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

5.3 - The prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. Felmini reserves the right to change prices without notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.5.4 - If there is any error in the price of products requested, Felmini or the User may, until the shipment of the order, cancel the order.

5.5 - The total price specified at checkout includes taxes of the shipping country.

6.1 - Only orders with delivery address in a European Union member country are valid;

6. 2 - We ship to AT - Austria, BE - Belgium, BG - Bulgaria, CY - Cyprus, CZ - Czech Republic, DE - Germany, DK - Denmark, EE - Estonia, EL - Greece, ES - Spain and Balearic Islands (except Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla), FI - Finland, FR - France, HR - Croatia, HU - Hungary, IE - Ireland, IT - Italy, LT - Lithuania, LU - Luxembourg, LV - Latvia, MT - Malta, NL - Netherlands, PL - Poland, PT - Portugal (except Madeira and Azores), RO - Romania, SE - Sweden, SI - Slovenia, SK - Slovakia.

6.3 - For Portugal and Spain, shipments are made through Nacex or CTT, and for other countries through TNT and UPS. We reserve the right to select the carrier according to destination and transit time.

6.4 - The estimated delivery times are: Portugal and Spain up to 24h after pick-up from the carrier, other countries between 2 and 4 working days after pick-up from the carrier.

6.5 - Purchases of 150 € or more will have free shipping.

6.6 - Purchases up to 150€  will have the following delivery costs:

  • Portugal and Spain: 10€.
  • Other destinations eligible for delivery: 15€.

6.7 - All orders will be shipped within 48h after order confirmation, but delays may occur in times of high order flow, such as sales or promotions.

6.8 - All orders are sent with a registration number and the respective tracking number is sent by email to the customer upon dispatch. Our delivery service does not allow scheduling, so the delivery will be made without prior notice by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address. You may, however, track the progress of the delivery by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website, in accordance with the instructions received by email.

6.9 - Upon receipt of your order, please check the condition of the packaging to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipping and that it has not been previously opened. If you notice any damage to the package and/or the products, you should not accept the order, which will be returned to us. In this situation, you should contact us immediately at info@felminishop.com describing the situation and, if possible, sending a photographic record of what happened. We will reship your order as soon as possible.

6.10 - We consider your order to have been delivered once you have signed the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

7.1 - You may return your order up to 30 days after the date of receipt, as long as:

  • The products have not been used;
  • The products are returned in their original packaging;
  • The products are in their original condition, including all labels that are included with them;

7.2 - To begin the return process, you should access your customer area, start the return process by following all instructions;

  • 7.2.1 - If the return is due to a defect, you should initiate the return process in your customer area and then send an e-mail to info@felminishop.com indicating the order number and respective return number and attaching an illustrative image of the defect;

7.4 – Resturn costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is one of the following situations:

  • 7.4.1 - Error in the size, product or colour sent;
  • 7.4.2 - Manufacturing defect

7.5 - We recommend that the return shipment is made with a registered service, with a tracking number, to enable us to track the process and ensure that the order was delivered.

7.6 - If you wish, we can offer a pick-up service from your home via our carrier or send a pre-paid return label for a price of 15€, to request this option please send an email to info@felminishop.com - this cost will be deducted from your total refund.

7.7 - The cost of postage and packaging will not be refunded.

7.8 - Upon reception of the items in our warehouse, our team will validate the condition of the products to proceed with the refund within 48 hours.

7.9 - All refunds are processed to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note, if you use Paypal, additional fees may be charged by the platform. The refund amount will only correspond to the value of the products purchased, excluding shipping costs associated with the original order (if existis).

8.1 - The User can cancel their order, requesting it via e-mail to info@felminihsop.com and as long as the order has not been sent;

8.2 - In case of cancellation, we will proceed to refund all amounts paid in the order through the payment way used within a maximum of 48 hours;

8.3 - We do not accept cancellations for orders already shipped. In this case, you should return it upon receipt;

9.1 - Felmini products are covered under the warranty in accordance with the applicable legislation for the sale of consumer goods.

9.2 - Felmini guarantees that the products delivered are in conformity and have all the necessary characteristics for normal using situations. The following situations are not considered normal use and, therefore, excluded by our warranty:

  • Using for sport activities, or in extreme weather situations;
  • Application of chemicals or sharp objects on our products;
  • Lack of maintenance and disregard of washing instructions;
  • Damage caused by compression, anormal impact or use on abrasive surfaces;
  • Natural wear of soles, colours, finishes and materials over time.

10.1 - With the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, Felmini will try to attend and solve the complaints presented by the User within 5 (five) working days, through the email info@felminishop.com.

11.1 - Felmini can not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.felminishop.com, or any of its features, and may be suspended for the performance of maintenance, repair or updates.

11.2 - Felmini will not assume, any responsibility for any damages, arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent Felmini, in any way, to fulfill its obligations. Namely: strikes, electrical power shortages, telecommunications services shortages or any other services, fires, floods, impossibility of obtaining products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays in transportation, and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

11.3 - Felmini is not responsible for any abusive use of the access data of the User to the website by third parties, since they are personal and non-transferable.

12.1 - Felmini reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, considering the changes made and users notified by the publication on the website www.felminishop.com of the Terms and Conditions modified.
